Aum Chanti was born as a reflection of my own journey with hormonal imbalances, an ovarian tumor that rerouted my life’s trajectory, a severe disconnection from self, expression, and creativity leading me into making decisions that were out of alignment with my souls truth, and the heartbreaking realization that we have been conditioned to turn a blind eye to the relevance between nature and women.

After in depth studies, training, immersions, travels, and exploration that still continue today, I now sit humbled and honored to serve this mission as my life’s work. 

I believe strongly that the heart is the gateway into our most pure and raw essence.

I believe that women can obtain so much more responsibility for themselves once they understand the fluctuations and functions of their menstrual cycle. 

I have seen how medicinal plants and nature are one of the most potent teachers out there with healing properties that can heal us energetically and physically. 

I have discovered my voice and gained the will to expose what runs through me as an invitation for others to do the same as we collectively walk upon a new timeline with the flavor of ancient wisdom and urban realities.

The invitation here is to walk with the heart, take your creativity seriously, come home to the messages of your body, all while utilizing the tools that rest right in front of us daily: our bodies, nature, and love.

There is an undeniable thread between the heart, the womb, and a woman’s voice. Once the female anatomy is unlocked, understood, and respected, a natural revelation occurs. One that gives way to her authenticity, one that opens her heart and illuminates her values. She becomes capable of moving with grace and grit. She is reminded of her confidence and will.

We believe in stripping down false ideas that keep us stagnate by targeting the brilliance of the heart as a compass into creativity and the many forms of expression. Our breath, the plants, and unique somatic practices anchor us in these explorative environments.

The truth is, we know women have been through the unimaginable for thousands of years, and although we create space to heal and speak to that reality, we emphasize on changing the script by restoring our responsibility as intuitive, birthing, and bleeding women who can just about conquer and influence any battlefield they show up to once they know themselves.
